Surgical Oncologist with 12 years of experience. Graduated (MBBS) from PSG Institute of medical sciences and research, Coimbatore in 2005. Post-graduation in General Surgery from Kilpauk medical college and hospital, Chennai (2009). Specialist training in the field of Surgical Oncology (2016) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Sub speciality training in the field of Thoracic Oncology from Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, New York and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre, New York, USA.

 

Special interest in Thoracic surgical oncology, Breast surgery and oncoplasty, Minimally invasive surgery (Robotic surgery). Been a part of the team in starting the super speciality training program in Surgical Oncology department, Ramaiah medical college and hospital. Organized various workshops for residents, professionals and paramedics – Hands on cadaveric workshop in head and neck surgery August 2021. Special interest in mentoring residents. Publications in various national and international journals. Member of various societies – ASI, IASO, ESMO (annual), IASLC (annual), IAGES, ABSI.
