By becoming a Health Club Member or otherwise using NPNA’s website, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions.  NPNA may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

NPNA does not provide medical advice and the contents of NPNA’s website and other communications (including text, images, and graphics) whether located on this website or included in emails or other communications from NPNA (whether or not directed to Health Club Members) are for informational purposes only. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. NPNA Health Club Members, on its website, or otherwise.  In no event shall NPNA be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use content of any communication provided by NPNA to its Health Club Members, on its website, or otherwise. All Health Club Members and NPNA website users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NPNA, its officers and directors, harmless from and against any claims, demands, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, resulting from, or alleged to result from use or reliance of any information provided by NPNA to its Health Club Members, on its website, or otherwise.  You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with NPNA resides in the courts of the State of Oregon and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Oregon in connection with any such dispute.  In addition, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Oregon, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.  These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NPNA with respect to Health Club Membership, communications delivered to you by NPNA, and the use of NPNA’s website.
